Message: They should spin as long as you are moving! ALso if it's in the air, depends on how fast you spin them. This is not a good way to check the brakes for adjustment. There shouldn't be any "adjustment" on the front brakes since they arecalipers and rotors. If the rotors aren't warped, and the pads are still good then the brakes shoudl be good as well.

Message: i mean spin the tire my hand.
we had my truck on blocks and we went up to 30mph and let it slow down by itself and the right pasenger tire stopped first and then the front drivers side stopped second.
It takes two hands to spin the pass. front and it only goes 1/4- 1/2 way around. Does this sound right???????

Message: If your truck does not pull to one side when stopping[ let go of steering wheel when stopping] or there isnt excessive brake dust on one front wheel[one wheel blacker in color] then there sould'nt be any problem with your brakes.

Message: It could be that your right front caliper is sticking.

Message: Since you were spinning the FRONT wheels with the engine, I assume that this is 4X4.
Are you considering the friction within the front axle, differential, driveshaft and xfer case? I doubt it.
Try this... DRIVE your truck at highway speeds for several minutes and go into a "rest area" try carefully slow to a complete stop using the emergency brake. (front brakes are not used to stop vehicle here!) IF YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE HOLDING THE RELEASE LEVER AND USING THE PARKING BRAKE AS A NORMAL BRAKE PEDAL...DO NOT TRY THIS!!
Get out and carefully feel the front lugnuts on both sides. They should be STONE COLD. Carefully reach behind the tires and feel the brake rotors... they should be slightly warm to the touch.
Any sign of heat tells you that caliper is dragging and needs attention. (ie... the lugnuts are too hot to touch)
