R/T stand for Road and Track, it's a performance package offered for the Dakota consisting of the 5.9L V-8, performance exhaust, performance suspension (1" lower than normal stock Dakota height), 17x9 R/T wheels with 255/55R17 tires and also includes cosmetic upgrades (painted bumpers, flares, decals). Basically, it's a bad lil truck with a lot of potential :)
