i have a 92 with a 318 and was wondering if i put headers then true duals with magnaflow cats and flowmaster 40 series original mufflers how loud would it be??? also would it sound good???
also should i use a h-pipe or not??? if you have any other opinions on a loud nice sounding exhaust for me please tell me!!!

YES, That will sound awesome. You will be able to here it but wont be to loud(it will set off alot of car alarms). It will have that good race tone and sound like sport tuned exhaust.

I have a 2002 with the 3.18 in it with either 40 or 50 flowmasters i think 40s. Once it gets hot it sounds awesome but i would like for it to be louder. I was thinking about headers but with the chance of blowing headgaskets and having to cut the caddy off to make a difference it would void my warrenty. I have a 7 year 100,000 mile warrenty and dont want to void it. Does anyone have any suggestions to make it louder without voiding my warrenty.

now someone please correct if i'm wrong but .....blake how does headers blow your headgasket i don't think that relates.....you could get a flange leak....and by the way blake there is no 318 in an 02

A cat back system is everything from the cat back. it can be duels or one pipe, it can bee stock cat or high flow cat. The price i am not possitive about but for a good system it should be around $500. ( i tried to go cheap and have spent to much money trying to get a good sounding system, spend good money first and do it once). Hope this helps.

flomaster-70 bucks with a turndown after the muffler
catco cat 70 bucks
install 50ish bucks
total 190ish bucks
Will sound good and flow plenty for a full exhaust after the manifolds
Spintech makes the best cat back system though in my opinion, but there is so little difference just go for what sounds good. I run a magnaflow and no cat on my 99 cc r/t. Heck even dumping the stock exhaust will make it sound pretty mean.

First of all, I WASN'T agreeing, as the 'math tutor' pointed out.
a 4.7L is a 287c.i.
A 5.2L is a 318c.i.
Which most everyone knew except Blake, and a few others. It's cool Blake, no big deal, now you know. Blake-LOL = laughing out load
