Where did they hide the fuel filter on this truck? What do you guys do for a manual?

Unless they changed since 1998 there is no fuel filter, just a screen on the fuel pump. The fuel pump on the 98 is in the gas tank.

Call your local dodge service dept and tell them you want a service manual for your truck. They will give you a phone number you can call to order it. It costs about $100.
