first...remove it from the car
then remove the 3.9 from the truck.
Seriously, I think the engine will bolt to the trans without any problem, plan on changing exhaust system, adding a fuel pressure regulator -
if your 3.9 is TBI, if carbureted - I think you can leave it as is. Your biggest obstacle is fuel/ignition, also plan on different oil pan and pick up tube.
