My truck is still on order. However the first mod I am going to do is put a cat-back, dual exhaust, rear exit system on my truck. However I have reviewed a lot of material and have read many of the post and have not found anyone who has prefab system of this type for a Club Cab 4X4. Anyone having this system please help me. Let me know if I have to have custom exhaust made up. Thanks

I have a 2000 4.7 liter with a Flowmaster dual cat-back exhaust. The pipes were custom bent. I didn't spend the money on the actual kit, cause I spent less on having it done. I just sprayed some anti-corrosive paint on it when it was done. Haven't had a problem yet and it's been on there for 5 months. And I live in Buffalo, NY where the salt eats everything. But the paint is holding up damn good!. As for the sound....I love it! It sounds great. Hope this helps ya out.

Jay thanks for the info. I'll have to find someone around here that can do quality custom exhaust. We only have two traffic lights here in Blaisrsville Ga (that's how big our town is) so I'll have to search around. My wife and I moved here in April after early retirement. Haven't had a chance to find out where to have quality work done yet.

Slick, it may not cost as much as you think. I had a Flowmaster and a matching left side pipe installed for $200. Check a 70 series if you want a quiet cab, 50 series for a more aggressive sound. Use stainless tips. You may have to weld a small plate to the left frame rail to push on the spare tire for added clearance.

for the Cuda style with rollpan (not painted) in stainless steel. i think its about $650 USD
