Message: anyone have true duals on your dak... I saw an article on the spintech with the x pipe and 3" duals on a blown 408 and it said that he gained 40hp on the dyno... this seems a little extreme but half that would be good... any info would help..

Message: I've got true duals with the third cat removed. I've got the 4.7L in my truck, so I'm not sure if you're interested in it or not. I still haven't had time to go run the dyno gauntlet in the past 4 months, but I did run 14.52 in the 1/4 last year (2002). Not bad for an auto 4.7L. I hope to get into the high 13's somewhere in the 2003 year (still N/A, of course). I do have quite a few mods, though.

Message: i was at the dyno when scott did his pulls, and no doubt he picked up more power, but he was also tuning the AF ratio at the same time, which helped get thoes numbers.
there are a lot of RT guy's running true duals and like them. the only thing bad about them is a loss of lowend, and the extra weight you pick up when doing it
