Hello, I dont know if i should be asking for parts on here but what the heck. I'm looking for a R/T TB (stock) for my 3.9 Dakota. Right now i really cant shell out the cash for the flowmerics TB or the fastmans so i'm just going to go with a stock 5.9 TB. So does anyone know of any that are in good shape that someones willing to get rid of? I already looked on ebay. Please let me know. Thanks!!

THe Factory V8 TB's from 96 and up are the same diameter bores... doesn't matter if it is a 5.2L or 5.9L, or a 5.9L from an R/T, they are the same diameter bores...

Later!

rtdkota,
How much are your TB's and i know i would be able to get a F&B one now, but how much are they also. And what price do you get the cabels for? I guess you can get them from dodge for about 25? Please let me know! Thanks :)

Tom,
Thanks for your imput. I didnt realize the 5.2 and 5.9 TBs were the same. I always forget about the 5.2 motors. I usually think of the 4.7 and the 5.9... sorry... :( lol

nitroussteve,
Almost forgot. That intake looks pretty sweet! Does it have a filter in the wheel well then? Probobly sucks in good air, but wont you be replacing or cleaning the filter alot? I know in Central PA we still gots lots of dirt roads. lol

I have a 92 with the 318 in it. I was wondering if the t/b off a newer (99 and up) R/T would make a difference, or if any other t/b's would be better... I dont know much about the different bore sizes, or bolt patterns, but any info would help... and where and how much can I find one for, (generally)?
