Need to make sure you have the balancing plate. Stock harness should be fine, everything is the same. May need new injectors. The 360 likes 21# units over the 19# that the 318 has. The 92 is also an EGR truck, so you will need to move your old intake over in order to maintain EGR functionality. They removed the EGR system after 1995 I think when they changed over to OBDII. I think it may run without it, but I am not sure. If you are in an emissions testing state it may also fail without it. The 318 PCM will run the 360, but not well. Get a PCM for a 94-95 Ram 360 and you will be fine. Keep your old TB, otherwise you will need to replace your throttle cables as well. I think that is about it.

Hi, I have a 2003 Dodge 1500, with a 4.7, Can any one tell me if i could swap over to a 318.? i have seen 360 in this year model, But prefer the 318 for fuel mileage,
