Message: You just happened to catch the eye of "THE" audio nut!
You can either:
Purchase a equalizer with high impedence inputs and RCA outs, or mixer/fader control w/ same options, or-
Purchase an amp with low impedence inputs "speaker level inputs" or:
replace the head unit w/ an aftermarket CD/Tuner with rca outs, their fairly cheap nowadays and you can get all the custom plugs so you dont have to cut/mangle wirring, and adapter plates to conform to er dash. "Its been awhile" and sometimes I get hi/low impedence mixed up, but Im pretty sure speaker level input is high.

Message: or you can get a line converter. taps into the positive side of your speaker wire (through tap, so it doesnt disturb your stock sound system) and has rca output. Check crutchfield, radioshack, hell - even walmart has em.
easiest and cheapest way to do it, converter is approximately 2" x 3.5" x .75".
