Will the 4.7 pass emissions test with HO cams installed? I am wanting to install the HO cams but I need my truck to pass emissions test here in Alaska.

Should pass no problem. The only mod that may be a problem is the 180 degree thermostat....if your engine runs a little cold you may be spitting out some nasties. Of course if you have a non-C.A.R.B. approved cold-air intake/filter you may need to switch that back to stock before Mr. Inspector looks under the hood.
