Message: I posted a while back about missing hoses on my crankcase vent system, and several of you guys tried your damndest to help me out and I couldn't find where it goes. Today I was checking tranny fluid when something just HAPPENED to catch my eye. I'm almost dead certain this is where my hose should be leading to..

Sorry the pic is so big, it got big when I modified it to put the yellow circle in :)
I'm about 99% sure that's where the crankcase breathers go, but this is the only 4.7L hood I've been under so want to confirm my hunch before I go searching for part numbers.
Thanks guys, ya'll help paid off, just took a while :D

Message: Oh, by the way, yeah I know those plugs should actually be little extensions sticking out for hoses (assuming that is the correct location), that's the part numbers I referred to searching for.

Message: that outlet has a twin on the other head and the tube goes from the drivers side to the passenger side output, has a t intersection then the linked two go to the hose recepticle in your intake (if you have the Z-tube or any other aftermarket intake it should be pretty obvious)

Message: Look at the wiring harness right at the bottom left of your yellow circle that looks like the edge of the PCV nipple. I am almost positive that plug goes into a coolant passage.

Message: That would be what's left of the breather stand pipe. There is one at the back of each head. They are very easy to break but just as easy to replace. It was nice of the DC engineers to recognize that and actually had an allen wrench hex cast into the inside of the part. You only see the hex part AFTER it's broken off in the head. Just order another breather and put it back together.

Message: CW, not sure what you're telling me to look at exactly, I see the wiring bundle but don't get what I'm supposed to be seeing, but about the coolant passage, are you saying you think that the circled bolt is the one you use for draining the coolant and such? Because it's on the VERY back of the heads, and I really don't see anything else that could possibly be the breather receptor?
