Every time it rains my fan belt begins to squeal bad. Has anyone else had this problem? Its just getting really annoying to me. The last time it happened my fan belt was bad, but that was only ten thousand miles ago.

sorry, just couldn't help it!
Tried tightening it? Or is it the serpentine, which I think has a self adjusting tensioner.

You could try some belt dressing. I've used it successfully on an belts before. You can usually get it at a farm equipment supply shop or your local garage. Alternatively, try a different belt such as the Gates Gatorback - I've heard good things about them.
