hi i have a 92 dakota ext cab and was wondering if the kit from engine-swaps.com works on a 4x4. if not why wont it. i want to put a 360 in it so i can haul a stock car. your help would be appreciated.

On a 4X4 the engine shares the mounts with the front axle.If you got a 3.9L or 5.2L in it now, a 5.9L Magnum should bolt in. You have to use 5.9L torque conv. to maintain balance in the engine.
