 Subject: v8 swap & TBI to carb?

Couple questions about a swap. Tried past posts but need to hear definites. I have a '93 4x4 w/ 3.9L
1) Will a 5.9L fit? If so, how much modification needed?
2) If I put in a 5.2L, I want to keep my 5-speed. I know the tranny will mount up, but can I switch clutches, flywheel, etc., and not worry about breaking something?
3) If I switch the TBI to a big a$$ carb, what would I have to change computer and sensor wise?
Sorry if these have already been answered, but my computer is way too slow to look through any more.
