My first two Daks were 3.9s ('87 & '90) and now I'm driving a '99 5.2L CC 4X4.
What's the verdict on this V8?

I have a '92 CC 4x4 5.2L. I bought it in '97 with 109k on it. Now I'm at 177k. Never had any major problems. Just oil changes, spark plugs, and cleaning the throttle body every year or so. Very dependable engine.

Mine's a '97 5.2l reg cab w/close to 116k on it. Been racing it regularly. Very rev happy. Nothing breaks.
