How EXACTLY does someone change the spark plugs in the 4.7 engine? Do you simply pull the plastic ignition coils straight up from the engine to gain access to the plugs?

There is a 10mm bolt that holds the wire onto the block which is on top of the plug. Take the bolt off and then pull the plug up. Then take a socket and take the plug out.

Don't forget (doh ! ) to unclip the electrical connectors
(one at a time) before you try to pull the coils out.
Go Fast -Take No Chances !
