guys how easy is it to turn this petcock and how far?? I.E. 1/4 turn?? I flushed my cooling system and need to drain some water out to add more anitfreeze. I turned the petcock and removed the tube and nothing flowed out. It turned about a 1/4 turn and it stopped. Is this enough or does it need to be turned more. I just do not want to break the cheap plastic radiator that they put in trucks now. cheaply made, not cheap to replace. Now that I am thinking about it I wonder if the drain hole is plugged or somthing??

That thing is a pain in the rear. The first time I drained my radiator I pulled the stupid thing completely out. You shouldn't have to do that though. You'll have to get a pair of piers or the such and pull out on it while you turn it. It turns more then a 1/4 turn but I don't remember how much, off the top of my head.
