I'm building a '95 RAM 5.9 to go into my '95 5.2 Dak, but the oil pan is messed up. Can I swap the pan from my 5.2 onto the 5.9?

No the oil pans are definitely different. I've asked a fella from DragTruk.com about the swap and he said that you would have "leaks a-plently".
Just go to a junkyard and see if they can get a hold of a R/T pan and pick-up. Or if all else fails, there's always your friendly Dodge dealer.
