Subject: Corronette (sp?) 440? IP: Logged
Message: I know an older couple that has a corronette 440. Supposedly it runs, but the battery is dead. The tires on the car hold air, the paint is nothing to look at, but there's no rust on the body. My question is this - how much might the car be worth? How much is the engine alone worth if it runs? Anyone? Beuller?

Message: It also depends on the motor. The Coronet 440 was a model name. Not all of them came with 440 motors. The engines ranged from the 318 to the new-for-66 Street Hemi.
Better pop the hood and find out what's up....
