I just replaced my OE Junk rotors with Raybestos rotors and brake pads. I hope they last a little longer than the other ones. The old ones started to pulsate at about 15,000 miles. (The dealer said that my rear shocks were bad and replaced them). What a bunch of anal holes! It was the last time I went there. (Bonniville and Sons, Manchester, NH).
Any one else use these brake parts, and how did they perform????
Thanks
TonyC

Tony,
I spent three years working for Pep Boys. I sold literly a thousand or so Raybestos brake pad and rotor combinations. Out of all them brake jobs, we only had a few comebacks. To this day, I swear by Raybestos. I just installed rotors and pads (Raybestos) on my 1995 Dodge Dakota a few thousand miles ago.
As for the garage that installed rear shocks: I just don't know what to say. I'm still laughing at their stupidity. Granted the shocks may of needed to be replaced, but I have ALWAYS tried to make sure that my technicians test drive the vehicles after work has been performed to make sure that the customers concern has been rectified.

Thanks Jeff for the reassurance. As for the Shock thing, read this thread if you want a laugh.
