Would it let you raise the RPM limit any higher?

4800+500=5300? I'm looking for 5400 or 5500 range :)

Is 125MPH it's max?

If one of your planed mods is the nx kit. why did you bother getting the hypertech controller? you will have to reprogram it back to stock for the n2o.

If you want to buy it you have to call them its not on their website. The reason I bought it was the 500 rpm increase in the rev limiter which i need due to my new cam and the top end speed limiter increase.

I have a 99 RT and I'm considering a programmer. Nice to see some feedback here. Was wondering if it was worth the $435 they quoted me. The only other engine mod I've done is a K&N air system.

Sounds good to me! The more savings the better. Was hoping something like this site was out here. I have a old vette I'm fixing up so that sucks up most of my play $$$. I'll keep checking here for updates. I just found this site a while ago. I see RPMOUTLET is here in the Houston area. Not that it matters since they have free shipping too.

Thanks ME 111

I've had both for about a year now. The deal on the vette was just too sweet to walk away from. The RT was clean and fairly low mi., 28k. A guy at work asks me to sell it to him every now and then, but I'm not going for it.

Hey good talking to you ME 111. Catch you here again sometime. Got to get busy now. Thanks again for all the info. Your R/T looks pretty good.

I just wanted to say that I too have bought the hypertech programmer 3. I like Shawn, got the error code and had to send mine back. But they were quick to send it back. I sent it back to them on a Thursday afternoon aropund 3:30 and got it back Tuesday around 5:30. I was impressed with how quick they worked. I am glad that i bought it. I have a 2001 Dakota R/T with the 5.9 of course and I noticed a difference. I choose the 93 octain setting and the gover to 120...whatever. That was as high as it would go. I know that it is working by the power difference but I am finishing out the last bit of regular gas...not the 93...and it is pinging at hard throttle...so that shows the timing was changed. The shifts fell stronger too. I bought mine for $320. I would recamend this to anyone.
