Message: 2000 4.7 cc auto 3.92lsd
converted my fernco intake that was atached to the airbox to an open element and my car just doesn't seem as fast. only did it last night though, and i reset the computer. how long does it take the computer to learn? got the largest k&n I could find almost as large as the battery!
the rubber elbow by the throttle bodie is a little crunched could that be it? or removing pcv valve?
all help appreciated.

anyone ever thought of getting Diablo Sport to make a chip? they make them for mustangs and all diesil engines. showed a 15hp gain at the wheels on my contour. superchips averaged 4hp and jet gave a loss. anyway its something to think about.
any suggestions about my intake? is my iat getting to hot?
