can anyone tell me if the 1999 Dodge Dakota RT come stock with fog lights? a friend recently bought one and it doesn't have them and we were trying to figure out if it was in an accident or not...thanks a lot.

Fog lights did not come standard on older 98-99 models. The vast majority of them got the fog lights from the factory, but a handful did not.
There are a couple of shops that sell suitable fog lights for less than $40 per pair.

Yeah, what Steve said. For '98 and most of '99 fog lights were an option on the R/T. As he said most did get them, but it was an option. Late model year '99 they became standard.
