from what I've read its a substantial power increase 10-15 but that seems like a high number.
theres a bunch of info in the archives however theres no deffinate answers.

I tried it, very little if any inrease. The fan on my 4.7 doesn't seem to hog the power like it did with my 97 5.2. It was well worth doing on that one.
2001 4.7 5sp 3.92 LSD sport plus
Ported throttle body, IAT adjuster, flowmaster cat back, adjusted TPS from .51v to .76v
Working on custom 4" cold air intake
