Can anyone tell me if the current mods for the 5.9 such as the m1 manifold or the r/t heads make the 5.9 fail Califronia emissions? How about the stroker kit. I have a 94 ram 2500 with the 5.9 and a 2000 dak with a 4.7. I want to fix up my 94 4x4. Thanks for your help and advice. Bill

Unfortunately-- anything you do to your truck, aside from smog legal headers will make you fail visually in CA.
M1 isn't legal, TB probably won't make the visual either...
Just learn to do, then undo...
