Subject: Another IAT question for 2001 4.7 IP: Logged
Message: I've seen this before, but can't find it in a search.
Does the 2001 4.7 IAT need to be swapped with a 2000 IAT because the 2001 isn't a threaded type?
I'm going to relocate my IAT, has anyone been able to successfully swap their 2001 IAT? If so, please explain how.
Thanks.

sorry to sound so dumb, but can someone take a pic of a stock one in their factory location off a 2002? I think I know where it is, but I'm not sure

Message: Clevite it is directly to the right of the throttle body. The wires come from the same loom as the sensors on the TB just twist it counter clockwise and it comes right out.
