How do these s/c's work with the 4.7 HO cams? Does it cause any problems? I want to run a paxton or a KB s/c when i get the money....i already did the HO cams.

Should be just fine since the duration is no different than stock.

yup, and definately ask them about their
optimizer II for your pcm....I believe they can
calibrate it for even more power with the
supercharger setup, but am not sure.
I would definately change your t-stat to a 180,
and intake and exhaust are always a must for
forced induction ; )

I'm getting my kb s/c this week. The kit for the 4.7 includes the optimizer II. They prefer that your truck is stock. If it is not stock, they have a questionerre (?) that you can fill out listing all the mods you have so they can set the optimizer correctly for your application.

You can call KB at 909 941-6646 and tell them that you are interested in the Dakota 4.7 kit. Ask them to send you some literature about it. They claim the kit will add 65 rwhp (that's probably about 80 engine hp). I'll let you know how mine works out.

As far as I have heard they stopped production last year or before because of the inabilaty to get the proper connectors for dodge/jeep 4.7's.
This is just a repeat of what I've heard though.
I've sent them two e-mails over the last year or so only to get no answers.
Oh thats Kenne bell BTW
Paxton may be able to help you out.
