Well, I have a '99 5.2 and:
So far, as far as "gas mileage" goes, I haven't seen much of a difference... (it actually got "worse" it seems...go figure!)
As far as "punch" goes, then there is a little improvement (but nothing to write home about).
Still... I think it is a good investment.

i put a drop in filter in my 5.2 and didnt notice a thing. if you want to make differance in power and engine sound go with a K&N gen 2.
