I thought everyone here says our trucks have a 98mph speed limiter in them? I had my truck out last night on an open strech of highway and got it to 120mph, and it had more in it. My speedo only goes to 120 and I had it buried. The only things I have done is 3923 autolites, k&n homebrew, 180 robert shaw. Whats up with my truck? My last post talks about the 3 catalytic converters and I know I only have one. I am a car nut so I know what I am talking about when it comes to cars (not to sound like an ass). Its an 02 QC, 4.7, 4x4 slt+.

I had mine up to 109 but had to slow down. I saw traffic up ahead of me. I will find out if it will pass 115 sometime soon. Mine is a 2001 QC and it has 3 cat's.

Well I have a 2000 R/T CC and my limiter is set at 115MPH. It sucks when I'm racing and I'm ahead of civics and integras but then my govern kicks in at 115 and then 5 seconds later they pass me at 120......
I gotta get a mopar pcm...

I haved a 99 4x4 CC 5.2 and got mine up to 117 easily but it cut fuel and i slowed back downc:( o well no high speed racing for me.

I'm lucky enough to have a 91, no speed limiter.
The rev limiter is the only cut off, I can do about 130.

i have had my 92 up to 135+ and it was still climbing, on this same night i outran a state patrolman

mine governed at 100mph
it was haulin' until then
it had a bunch left to go

i had my 2002 buried on the speedo (120) and i never touched the speed limiter my friend has a 2000 we hit his it was pretty violent not like the 2000 chevy i used to drive it just kinda bounced at 100 the dodge acted like things were falling off

cuss the engine just quit
i was wooried if it would start
maybe i just noticed the difference between full throtle and idle
