I have a 2001 4x4 standard cab sport with the 4.7 V8 and 3.92 gears. When I tow my boat (approx. 2000lbs.) the truck really seems to struggle on any hills or inclines even with the OD switched off. Is their any type of mods that would help towing performance????

Easiest way to fix that is to drop it down into 2nd position on the column.
