 Subject: 5.9L Not an option in 2000 SLT

When I go to Autozone, Checker, and other places the computer does not give them the option for a 2000 Dodge Dakota Quad Cab SLT 4x4 with a 5.9L. They always ask if they can use the RT option. The motor for the RT is different correct? What option can I say for them to put in and still get the correct parts? Can I use the option for the 2001 QC SLT with the 5.9L Mine was made towards the end of the year in 2000.

The 5.9 in the QC and in the R/T is the same; the only differences I'm aware of would be the cat-back exhaust and probably the PCM. The 5 hp difference is due to the better exhaust on the R/T.
