 Subject: I have my Mopar PCM installed but

... 2 questions are remaining:
1. The instruction says a DC dealer has to programm the correct kilometers and the VIN but after istallation the kilometer numbers were still correct and working?
2. After hard baking yesterday the control lights for parking brake and ABS started to flash. I stopped and restarted the engine and the lights were off. Several minutes ago I drove backwards to a parking lot, braked and the lights were on again. Is it just pure coincidence that the light came on after the PCM installation of is it more?
Some advice?

tim, this is normal until you get the vin and mileage flashed in. my lights have been on for 2 months. theres no problem at all. enjoy your new pcm.

i have the same prob with my abs and brake light on. i would just rather have the light on then spend 50 to have the vin flashed.

I've had those two lights come on before. I'm not sure if yours are on just for the heck of it since the pcm hasn't be flashed yet, but I do know that if you see both of those lights on together, ABS is shutdown.
Just a thought...
