The Kenne Bell Optimizer II is a computer reprogram. You have to send you PCM to Kenne Bell in RanchoCucamunga, CA. It has a 48 to 72 hr turn around time, but it is well worth it in my opinion. I have it on my 2002 4.7. You have to get a release form and spec sheet from them to fill out. They will fax it to you.
