Message: I picked up a '01 QC/4.7 and noticed the annoying vibe in the pedal. i found this site and read this post (among many others). per islander i checked the cable, and moved it away from the motor. i drove it this morn. and no more vibes. i will add the foam now that i'm sure i found the culprit. Thanks!

Message: wow..i thought i remembered reading something on this. anyway, i had to replace my kickdown cable, and after i did this i noticed vibes under WOT at almost all revs... im gonna get in there tonight and check the cable, the idea that its laying on a bracket or some metal makes a lot of sense cuz you have to tuck it behind the exhaust heat shield and the floorboard......more to come if interested.
also- yes. the fastman still lives. LOL his site doesnt require the "bling bling" that some other sKiRtCes do...he does fine without eye candy. ive got a bunch of his stuff and its doing fine by me.

Message: logic dictates the newly designed 03 and 04 4.7 intake manifolds take care of the vibe, anyone wanna give it a try?
