Well not only did they help design some of the motor I think they did a sweet job redesigning the complete line of dodge vehicles I like the look of the Gen III Dakotas which is the main reason I bought it over Ford and Chevy. The older Dakota design is just ugly so is the old Ram Charger design...I'm glad chyrsler merged w/ Daimler so they could get the sleeker look goin for them. Seems like after the reign of the muscle car era the Dodge was sorta forgotten...except for the minivan but during the 80's most people drove Ford's and Chevy's...now since the German's stepped in I see everyone driving dodge trucks, SUV's, cars, sports cars. Maybe this isn't patriotic but I'm glad they stepped in to help.

PS- Thanks wally. Forgot about those pesky starters and A/C compressors. From what I read on moparchat.com, there's a fairly stiff chance that our connecting rods are being cast in China and then being shipped in bulk to Tennessee for repackaging. Yowza.

You said (a few posts ago- jeeez there's so many now) that you have documented proof that this engine is 100% American. If there are German injectors in it and a Japanese starter starts it and that Sanden A/C compressor (whoever makes that), then it's clearly NOT 100% American.
PS- Since I don't really know too much HTML, I am going to just send you a few photos of my ride directly. Maybe you can host them on your cool-ass website. Maybe next to that fat white trash ho' that you keep in there. Why do you keep that in there, anyhow?
