I see your confusion. You NEED to know how to present a coherent sentence. But you are a tire kicker, and only WANT to known how to wire the 5.7. I'll tell you anyway. Although you don't mention the year or motor in the truck you have now, the starter will wire up pretty much like the one you have now. Then you'll need a stand alone engine management system to wire up the rest of the 5.7, as it is not compatable with the PCM in any Dakota.
