Any tips that I need to know about changing plugs on a 2000 4.7L? I purchased Autolite 5224's for under a buck a piece at Wally World. What gap?

take a airhose and blow the plug holes out BEFORE you remove them on a diff post someone said they had crap fall down inside cylinder

Thanks, will blow out any debris before removing them. Someone told me I need to use a thread sealer/lub? Also how tight do I tighten them? I do not want to *uck up the alum. heads.

Install new plugs with anti-seize compound on thread of plug, a little goes a long way here. tighten till new plug gasket is squashed,then give it a jerk. all done.
