I was wondering. Is there any easy way to bypass or turn off the limiter. It does suck that I can only hit 160kph (96mph) i beleive..and it cuts out. I would like to know if it can be disabled or bypassed. Let me know..Thanks.

Same problem here. The new 2002 QC 4.7 in the familia is limited to 98 or thereabouts. Get a chip or re-program the computer.

Once you get near the limiter turn the key and hold it in the start position... Your speedo will not work but the tach will. I have not tried this but I have heard it works.

I have tried what you said. And it does work. I got near 160. And i turned the key and held it to the start postion and the speedo does not work..but the tach does. And the truck keeps pulling. It is great how it works..but i wish i could see what speedo..but i guess i will have to learn watching the tach.
