 Subject: Pan Gasket?

Lately I've been noticing a small puddle of transmission fluid under my pickup after it's been sitting in one place for a period of time. I took a look underneath and the pan under the tranny is all wet. This only seems to happen when the truck has cooled down, never when it has recently been running. A couple people I've talked to said it's probably the pan gasket. Any ideas as to how much this repair would cost. BTW I drive a 93 Dakota 4x4 w/ a 318 and about 121,000 miles on it.
