 Subject: 4x4 not working

I have an 03 that was put in the shop for a bad
transmission. It was replaced as well as the
transfer case. I went to pick it up and found out
the transfer case control module needed to be
replaced. Replaced it and now the mechanic is saying
when he puts the truck in neutral and into 4wd it
shifts back into 2wd and goes into limp mode. He
isn't sure what to do now or what is wrong. Only
code the computer is showing is that the O2 sensor
needs replacing. Can anyone help?
