 Subject: 99 Dakota several clicks to start

So started in the last month or so,started out every great once
and awhile I would turn the key and get nothing turn it again
and it would fire right up now it takes 4 or 5 turns to get it to
start. Sometimes it cranks but mostly just a dead battery like
click but I have power I replace the battery and the the old
connections terminals that fixed it for a couple of days then it
started all over again, should I go ahead and replace the
starter or could it be something else?
