Message: Anyone ever have a problem with a scan tool not
picking up the connection? I have a Snapon scan tool
which works fine.. but I can't get it to see it's
connected to the truck. It wont even power up with
this 2001 Dakota with 4.7 4x4. Cig lighter fuse is
good.
