We're building our own and alrady have the prototype at 30 degrees cooler than without. (Changing some of the design around though for more cooling.)

With the V6, 15.2 @ 89-90mph at Houston with the 25HP shot and no intercooler. Now, we've upped the Nitrous (again) to the 40HP shot and checked it with the G-Tech (with accurate weight as well)...we're somewhere in the 14.7-14.9 range at 92-93mph.
(Remember, we're still on the stock cam, heads, and slightly modified intake manifold and moving 4100lbs with 6 cylinders.) ;)

Just a question that Nitrous comes out pretty Cold -40 degrees. If you placed the nozzle after the compressor wouldn't that act as an intercooler?

That's exactly why you would use it. And a big plus is that you don't have to use as much nitrous with the supercharger since the colder you get the presurized air (boost), the more power you'll make. Hence: 30HP shot can equal up to a 60HP shot without actually pushing a 60HP shot.

OK that's on my list. After I lower it, get a no-slip, wheels and tires, blower and nitrous....Hmmmm....it really was a nice truck stock.
