Message: Doing an engine swap from a 2000 Dakota, 4.7/5spd stick into a 1999 Dakota, 3.2 V6 auto trans that has cruise control in it. Changing complete wire harness & computer from the 2000 that doesn't have cruise. Has anyone been successful in getting the cruise to work with a non cruise computer ?? Is the program for cruise already in the 2000 computer & just needs the hardware to get it going ??
