Message: Hrm, say you put on new pads and rotors eh?
Did you torque down all the lugnuts ok? Do not laugh, I have seen this first hand not too long ago by a friend who did not put them back on very well after doing a new suspension. It vibratd SOO bad it wore a huge hole in the already one existing for the lugnut and rod it screws onto (I dunno name).
It made a vibrating that sounded like a messed up ball joint.
Just check it..

Message: yes, my tires are on correctly. i have had them on and off a couple of times since this trying to figure it out. its the kind of vibration like something metal rubbing up against the rotor.

Message: Heh, sorry, I have no idea then; my area is audio and detailing...
May sound kinda dumb, but why not just switch out the pads? Worth a shot.. Maybe there is a defect or it's the wrong one, etc?

Message: It may be a little late for a reply but if your problem still persists check your wheel bearings.
