Message: 2005 Dakota 4.7 V8 Auto trans.
Issues with cutting out while shifting into overdrive. Sort of feels like when you pop start a manual transmission, then kicks back in like nothing happened. One mechanic advice is to do tranny service, with filter change and fluid change. Good advice?
