 Subject: Blower motor relay??

I know that somewhere on this forum I have read something about the blower motor relay and I can't seem to locate mine. The truck is a 1993 4x4 slt w/5.2L v8. I have removed the blower itself and bench tested it and it works. But nothing happens when it is in the truck. It doesn't make any noise at all. Is the problem with the controls? A test light shows that the motor is getting power but it also shows that both the green and the black wires are hot even with the controls in the off position. Any advise?

Thanks Mark,
Don't know why I thought I had to remove the dash to find it. Only had to remove the two screws and pop it out and that was the problem. Broken wire. Soldered a short jumper wire across the break, plugged it back in and back to getting blown at all three speeds. Just in time for summer. Thanks again Mark.
