 Subject: '02 4.7L Tranmission issues

Auto trans. 152k miles Have times when transmission slips when accelerating from a stop, once up to speed it seems fine. Was so bad one day truck would not climb grade in driveway. I left it sit, tryed again 30 mins. later, put it in gear, and pulled right up driveway, took truck for test run and it ran fine. Oil level is fine, color looks good, had trans. serviced 1- 1/2 yrs. ago, New oil, filter and added the Lucas additive for transmissions. Truck will do this and then maybe not do it again for months, no pattern to when it decides to start slipping. Anyone else ever experience this problem? any thoughts?
