 Subject: 99 Dodge not starting

When it is cold out my truck will not start. It
cranks over but no start sometimes and sometimes
it just clicks. after about three to five tries it
will start and will be fine. I have taken it in to
be checked and they said when they checked it
battery load tested good (i just had the replaced
3 months ago)They said my alternator tested good
and my starter cranking amps tested good. If its
warm outside it starts first try. They told me
told to wait tell it does it more often. Do you
have any ideas that I can tell these guys to
check? I don't want to just replace parts.
